Now just need to download the database and Golden Gate prerequisite files that are the following:
LINUX.X64_193000_db_home.zip
191004_fbo_ggs_Linux_x64_shiphome.zip (or later)
OGG_BigData_Linux_x64_19.1.0.0.1 (or later)
vagrant up
vagrant ssh
sudo su - oracle
cd /u01/oggbd
./ggsci
info all
vagrant script has an error related to KAFKA download :
https://downloads.apache.org/kafka/2.8.2/
curl https://downloads.apache.org/kafka/2.8.2/kafka_2.12-2.8.2.tgz -# -o /tmp/kafka_2.12-2.8.2.tgz

Step 1 ) Navigate to the DEMO folder
[oracle@ggs1 ~]$ cd /u01/app/oracle/product/19c/dbhome_1/demo/schema/human_resources
Step 2 ) Connect to the PDB and execute the “hr_main.sql”
[oracle@ggs1 human_resources]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL> alter session set container=ORCLPDB;
SQL> @hr_main.sql
specify password for HR as parameter 1:
Enter value for 1: hr
specify default tablespeace for HR as parameter 2:
Enter value for 2: users
specify temporary tablespace for HR as parameter 3:
Enter value for 3: temp
specify log path as parameter 4:
Enter value for 4: /tmp
Step 3 ) Let’s connect as HR and check the tables
[oracle@ggs1 human_resources]$ sqlplus hr/hr@orclpdb
SQL> show user
SQL> set lin 200
SQL> col tname format a30
SQL> select * from tab;
